Returns & Refunds

  1. Eligibility for Refunds

    • We offer refunds for products purchased directly through our website if they are faulty or damaged. To be eligible for a refund, you must contact us within 14 days of receiving your product. We may ask for proof of the condition (e.g., photos of damage) and any other details necessary to process your refund.

  2. Exceptions

    • Due to the nature of our products, we cannot offer refunds for open or used products unless they are faulty or damaged. For items like teas, tinctures, or balms, the packaging must be unopened, and the product must be unused to qualify for a return.

    • Products on sale or discounted are non-refundable, except in cases of defect or damage during shipping.

  3. How to Request a Refund

      • Order number

      • Name and email address associated with the order

      • Description of the issue

      • Photos (if applicable)

    • We will review your request and get back to you within 3-5 business days with instructions for returning your product (if applicable).

  4. Refund Processing

    • If your refund request is approved, the amount will be refunded to your original payment method. Please note that it may take 5-10 business days for the refund to be processed and reflected on your account, depending on your bank or payment provider.

  5. Shipping Costs

    • If your product is returned due to a defect or mistake on our part, we will cover the return shipping costs. If the return is due to buyer's remorse, the customer is responsible for return shipping.

  6. Damaged or Defective Products

    • If your product arrives damaged or defective, please notify us within 7 days of receipt with clear evidence (photos) of the damage. We will offer a full refund or replacement, including return shipping.

  7. Exchanges

    • We do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item for a different product, please return the original item (following the process above) and place a new order.

  8. Non-returnable Items

    • Certain products are not eligible for return or refund, including:

      • Gift cards or digital products

      • Products marked as final sale or non-returnable

Cancellations

  • Orders can only be canceled if they have not been processed for shipping yet. To request a cancellation, please contact us within 24 hours of placing your order.
